2. Fruit: all astringent fruits like apples, pears, pomegranate, currants, dried fruits (raisins, plums, figs), apricots, raspberries, blueberries, cherries, lemons (moderately), peaches, strawberries and pineapple.
3. Grains: barley, buckwheat, corn, millet, rye, granola, polenta, quinoa (moderately), Basmati rice moderately, parboiled rice moderately, seitan (wheat meat) and sprouted wheat bread
4.Legumes: soy products, white and red kidney beans, adzuki beans, green peas, Garbanzo, red and brown lentils, Lima beans, Mung beans, Mung dal, soy milk, dried split yellow peas, tempeh, tofu
5. Nuts and seeds: sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, linseeds moderately
6. Spices: almost all kinds of spices except salt. Hot spices are recommended: aniseed, asafetida, basil, bay leaf, pepper, cardamom, hot paprika, cayenne pepper, cloves, cinnamon, garlic, ginger, coriander, cumin, curry leaves, dill, nutmeg, oregano, mint, orange zest, marjoram, parsley, rosemary, thyme, turmeric
7. Meat and eggs: Turkey, game meat and yolk
8. Oils and fats: ghee, almond butter, corn oil, canola, sunflower oil
